Zusammenfassung

Nevell Group, Inc. is seeking a Design/BIM Coordinator to establish initial BIM project setups, support coordinators with model modifications, and track project schedules for management.

The role requires strong BIM proficiency and collaboration with project teams, along with mentoring junior BIM staff. The candidate should be capable of working with framing, drywall, and related trades, and be familiar with NGi scope of work.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Design, Drafting, Architecture, Construction or related field preferred.
• Three years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience with BIM, drafting, construction documents, or commercial construction preferred.
• Experience working with framing, drywall, or other specialty construction trades is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain initial BIM project setups per project requirements and standards.
• Support Senior Coordinators with model modifications, updates, and coordination activities.
• Assist BIM coordination meetings and participate in the BIM coordination process.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to support BIM coordination and project requirements.
• Review models and documents to identify coordination and constructability issues.
• Update project schedule lists monthly for management reporting.
• Work within BIM/CAD support team to deliver accurate, high-quality results.
• Assist Technicians and Drafters with training and skill development.
• Help develop and implement consistent BIM standards and processes.
• Troubleshoot technical and coordination issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
