Job summary

E&K Building Excellence is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial drywall and metal framing projects in the Denver market, from preconstruction through closeout. You will collaborate with field teams, customers, and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation, while maintaining safety and quality standards. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years PM experience in commercial drywall/metal framing.
• Ability to read contracts, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, materials, and deliveries.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, costs, and reporting.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project docs.
• Review contracts, drawings, and scope requirements.
• Support project team with direction and training.
