Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across multiple concurrent projects to ensure scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Own client relationships, set expectations, and identify ongoing partnership opportunities.
• Lead and mentor project teams fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Support business development with preconstruction pursuits and estimating input.
• Monitor financial performance and proactively mitigate risks.
• Champion safety culture across projects and teams.
