Gilder Search Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead banking industry construction projects from Milford, OH. The role handles preconstruction through completion, coordinating estimators, operations, subcontractors, and owners.

Occasional out-of-state travel and one work-from-home day per week are included as the role matures. The position requires 3+ years in commercial/retail construction with ground-up experience and strong scheduling, leadership, and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

Construction Project Manager - Banking Industry Construction - Base Salary to 100k/year - Milford, OH

• Our client is an established commercial general contractor specializing in construction projects for financial institutions and other commercial environments. Projects range from renovations and remodels to full ground-up construction. They are seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage commercial projects from preconstruction through completion.
• The Construction Project Manager will coordinate with internal Estimating and Operations teams, subcontractors, clients, owners, and other project stakeholders to manage schedules, costs, documentation, permitting, change orders, and project execution. This position is primarily based in the Milford, OH office and requires approximately 2-3 days of travel per month, including occasional out-of-state travel. Once established, the position offers the ability to work from home one day per week.
