Job summary
AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Milford, OH to oversee commercial/retail construction from preconstruction through completion. You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and owners, manage budgets, schedules, and change orders, and travel 2–3 days monthly with one-day-per-week remote work.
Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in commercial/retail construction.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor.
- Experience reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, blueprints, and schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze construction drawings, blueprints, plans, and contracts.
- Coordinate with Estimating and Operations teams, subcontractors, clients, and owners.
- Develop scopes of work for subcontractors and disciplines.
- Coordinate permitting requirements with the project team.
- Plan and manage projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Control project costs, revisions, and change orders.
- Travel to project sites and meet with owners as needed.
