Job summary
AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Construction Project Engineer for a Milford, OH-based role, supporting commercial construction projects from setup through closeout. Travel to project sites is required.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of commercial construction experience, a Construction Management degree, and proficiency with Procore and reading architectural/structural drawings. Base salary ranges to 65k with strong benefits.
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience.
- Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and specs.
- Construction Management or similar degree required.
Responsibilities
- Set up commercial construction projects, onboarding subs and closeout docs.
- Maintain project docs using Procore, Excel, and related systems.
- Review blueprints, plans, specs, contracts, drawings.
- Prepare RFIs, submittals, prime contracts, and related docs.
- Coordinate with Estimating during bidding and preconstruction.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, permitting, and coordination.
- Evaluate project costs and impact of changes.
- Coordinate with subs, clients, site personnel, and internal teams.
- Support projects from setup through closeout.
- Travel to project sites as needed; occasional out-of-state travel.
