Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Construction Project Engineer for banking industry construction in Milford, OH. The role supports commercial construction from setup to closeout with the Milford office and site travel.

The candidate should have 2+ years in commercial construction, a Construction Management degree, and proficiency in Excel and Procore. Travel 2-3 days/month to project sites is expected, with a base salary up to $65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience as Project Engineer/Coordinator on commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Proficiency in Excel and construction project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up commercial construction projects, including onboarding and closeout docs.
• Maintain project documentation using Procore and Excel.
• Review blueprints, plans, specifications, contracts, and drawings.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, prime contracts, and related docs.
• Coordinate with Estimating during bidding and preconstruction.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, permitting, and coordination.
• Assist with evaluating project costs and changes.
• Coordinate activities with subcontractors, clients, site personnel, and teams.
• Support projects through all stages from setup to closeout.
• Travel to project sites as needed, including occasional out-of-state travel.
