Job summary

ARCO National Holdings in Albany, NY is seeking a Construction Project Manager Co-op for Summer/Fall 2027. The role offers hands-on exposure across estimating, scheduling, design meetings with engineers/architects, and buyout activities to ensure timely project completion.

As a 6–8 month full-time co-op, you will participate in permitting, shop drawing review, and on-site visits. Enrolled students with a 3.0+ GPA and prior internship experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management Bachelor’s degree program
• Minimum GPA 3.0 (4.0 scale)
• Previous internship or co-op construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist estimators with project proposals and cost components
• Create project schedules and coordinate subcontractors/trades
• Attend design meetings with owner and team
• Support buyout by sending bid instructions and evaluating proposals
• Assist with permitting, shop drawings, and submittals
• Support billing through subcontracts and change orders
• Attend job-site visits to ensure project progress
