Job summary

ARCO National Holdings in Framingham, MA invites a motivated student to join as Construction Project Manager Co-op for Summer/Fall 2027. You will work full-time for 6-8 months, taking a semester off to gain hands-on experience in project management on real design-build projects.

You’ll assist with estimating, scheduling, design meetings, buyout, permitting, submittal reviews, billing, and site visits while learning from leaders and earning competitive pay and housing support.

Qualifications

• Requires enrollment in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management bachelor’s program.
• GPA mínimo 3.0/4.0.
• Previous internship or co-op construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Estimating project values and proposals.
• Scheduling timelines for subcontractors/trades.
• Participating in design meetings with owner and team.
