Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CM/CE and 3–5 years of construction PM experience. You’ll coordinate with stakeholders, report progress, and mentor junior engineers as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with defined scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, invoices, change orders, and POs.
• Lead project teams, coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders; report status to stakeholders.
