Gulfstream Contracting Group LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead supervision, direction, and financial outcomes of projects from our Jacksonville office. The role involves managing contractual requirements, trade partner agreements, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.

Travel to jobsites is required with base at the Jacksonville corporate office. The ideal candidate will direct project teams, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and maintain high levels of quality and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience on construction projects preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and update project schedules; track delays and changes.
• Monitor progress to ensure schedule adherence and profitability forecasts.
• Manage project finances: budgets, costs, value schedules, and owner billings.
• Oversee trade contractors; review drawings; manage RFI's and submittals.
• Ensure compliance with Owner contracts and service agreements.
• Coordinate plans, specs, and bids with Estimating; negotiate vendor pricing.
• Provide proactive client communication and conflict resolution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
