Clune Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in the Dallas area. You will manage budgets, bids, and cost control while maintaining strong client relations and team communication.

The role requires experience across all project phases, including preconstruction, buyout, and closeout. Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong work experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record across all phases: estimating, documentation, owner/architect relations, cost monitoring.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in RFP responses, develop presentations, and contribute to pitches.
• Coordinate internal teams and ensure clear communication with trade partners and design teams.
• Oversee budgeting, bids, scope reviews, and pricing presentations for clients.
• Manage project cost control, monitor general conditions and labor, and supervise monthly billing.
• Ensure robust subcontracting, insurance certificates, and timely execution with prequalified partners.
• Supervise field operations with site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Support preconstruction efforts, forecasting costs, and timely billings to improve cash flow.
• Contribute to client relations and business development through industry events and networking.
• Mentor interns and junior staff, and model professional behavior for the team.
