Job summary

Elite Pipeline Services is seeking a capable Project Manager to own estimating costs, bid preparation, and delivery of residential and commercial construction contracts. You will be the main point of contact with clients, coordinate with production, track progress, and manage billing and WIP.

Travel up to 75% and lead a small team to meet schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Responsibilities include gating bids, building schedules, ensuring quality, and developing staffing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/science; MBA preferred.
• Experience with NACE Coating levels 1 and 2, CCTV inspections, CIPP and UV liners; reading piping drawings.
• Willing to travel up to 75% and possess a valid driver's license.
• 5+ years leading multiple projects and remote teams; PM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead bidding and estimating to win residential and commercial contracts.
• Develop project schedules and allocate resources; manage budgets.
• Maintain client relationships and handle inquiries on progress and billing.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within gross profit targets.
• Coordinate with production team; ensure safe operations and HASP/JSA docs.
• Oversee staffing, training, and team development.
