Job summary

Elite Pipeline Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee estimating costs and resources for bids on residential and commercial construction, and to support projects from scoping to delivery.

This role also serves as the primary point of contact for awarded projects, tracks progress, prepares WIP billings, and coordinates with production teams and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/science; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years leading multiple projects and remote teams.
• Experience with construction bidding, estimating, and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly/annual revenue targets and lead generation.
• Create estimates and quotes; maintain prospect information and status.
• Build project schedules and assign resources; execute project objectives.
• Maintain relationships with clients; manage communications and billing.
• Track labor hours, budgets, and project milestones; ensure on-time handoffs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across projects.
