Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager 5 in San Antonio, TX, to join the Campus Delivery team. The role leads planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale campus construction projects with focus on safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and contractors, review designs, track performance, and report to executives. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience on large-scale campus or datacenter projects.
• Experience leading multi-building or campus-scale construction programs and managing contracts, quality, and safety.
• Strong knowledge of PM tools: MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Bluebeam; P6 experience a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Project Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Campus Delivery team supporting cross-functional construction, engineering, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and exceptional problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
