Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting strategic initiatives within the Pricing & Finance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Irving, TX

What's the Job?

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
• Apply Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, RAID logs, and value realization plans.
• Manage financial forecasting, tracking, and reporting to ensure project budgets are maintained and transparent.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business, technology, finance, and AI to support strategic initiatives and modernization efforts.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive project management experience in technology or enterprise delivery environments.
• Proficiency in managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Planview or similar project management tools for schedules, forecasts, and RAID logs.
• Strong financial management, forecasting, and risk mitigation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
