Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead key storage-sector projects from inception to completion, including redevelopment of existing buildings, new builds, and mixed-use schemes. You will ensure work is delivered on time and within budget, coordinating internal teams, suppliers and contractors while reporting to the Managing Director.

A strong background in project management, budgeting and analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• Track record in construction, fit out, refurb & building project management.
• Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings.
• Experience leading projects from cradle to grave.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through completion, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate internal team, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop clear project scopes for commercial builds and refurbs with solid plans for stakeholders.
• Manage resources and track progress across all projects.
• Handle scope changes, schedule adjustments, and cost variations with verification techniques.
• Report performance to management, flag issues early, and keep all parties in the loop.

• £40,000 base salary. £50,000 – £70,000 OTE with Project Completion Bonus.

Candidate Specification

You’ll have a strong background in project management, budgeting, and analysis. QS skills are a bonus. A RICS qualification is nice to have, but not essential — we care more about what you can deliver.
