Job Summary:We are a small company ready for the next step. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects for our General Construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery ofcontractor projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans while managing resources to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, foremen, and welding teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues, risks, or changes in scope.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, welding codes, and industry regulations.
• Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment required for projects.
• Prepare and present project reports, including updates on progress, cost analysis, and productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with team to ensure all work meets required standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track and analyze project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in a similar construction/industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of construction/welding processes and materials.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards..
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay Range:
