Elsdon Group in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from pre-construction through to handover.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement and quality, coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors and clients on public sector projects in K-12, healthcare and municipal work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation commercial construction projects.
• Background in K-12 education, healthcare, municipal or other public sector projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project budgets, scheduling, contracts and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish while maintaining quality, budget and schedule.

I'm working with a well-established General Contractor in the DFW area who is looking to bring on an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing team, with projects primarily based around Fort Worth.

This is a great opportunity to join a GC with a strong portfolio of public sector projects across K-12 education, healthcare and municipal construction.

The Role
