Position Summary

We are searching for a construction leader to play a key role overseeing all aspects of horizontal land development, infrastructure design and construction for highly ammentized new ground up build to rent communities… from budgeting, planning, design, landscape architecture, infrastructure, contracts procurement and management and overall neighborhood site control through managing the hand off to vertical construction. The ideal individual will have a passion for building out single family land development communities, enjoys being a “hands on” leader, loves all aspects of real estate development and being instrumental in being a key part of growing the business unit across multiple markets and communities. There is significant visibility and exposure as this individual will work hand in hand with executive leadership, stakeholders (internal and external), business planning, land development management and will also have the opportunity to expand their market exposure by manage multiple projects across several markets (cities) throughout the southeast.

The company is very well capitalized, positioned for continued growth and continuing to execute on their long-term strategy. They are known for their incredible culture, deep capital relationships, entrepreneurial and institutional mind/approach and their nimble ability to execute and get things done. They recently brought the single-family rental and multifamily development platform and business in-house as the GP and continue to have a focus on other product types such as senior housing, office, hotel and self-storage. The firm has ~$500M in the pipeline across multiple states throughout the southeast. This opportunity allows someone to gain experience in multiple markets with a highly advanced (high level of sophistication) firm who focuses on high profile complex deals.
