We are seeking a Construction Project Manager in the United States to take ownership of projects, bring teams together and ensure quality, schedule, and budget stay aligned.

The role involves managing projects from planning through completion, coordinating subcontractors and internal teams, and maintaining documentation and safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial, residential or specialist construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and skilled trades.
• Confident budget, scheduling and project-management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lead calmly when plans inevitably change.
• Relevant qualifications, licences or certifications where required.
