Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects, including substations and power lines. The ideal candidate will have 4–12 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in managing complex electrical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of T&D projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Manage procurement processes, including materials and equipment selection.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–12 years of experience managing T&D projects, with a focus on substations and power lines.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as PMP or PE.
