Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Job Overview

Our client, with over 6 decades of execution and an international presence, is seeking a Project Manager to support a key project in the Tampa area. This role is a key resource for the Project Executive needing on-site management day to day to be responsible for the day to day and outcome of this project.

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline
• 3+ years of recent and continuous experience managing industrial or commercial projects
• Assist with the development of procedures, project controls, and implements risk mitigation tolls to meet contract requirements
• Monitors change management process to ensure financial forecasting is accurate and is in good standing towards contract requirements

Preferred Education/Experience

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering with 5+ years of PM experience on industrial projects
• Prior influence on subcontractor strategy, including writing scopes and deliverables to ensure integrity in the financial process
• Strong contract workload and performance monitoring to uphold the overall company standard
