Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience working for a General Contractor is required.
• Strong background in public works and/or education construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Take overall responsibility for project budget, schedule and profitability.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders and pay applications.
• Review plans, specifications and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project costs and financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams.
• Identify and resolve project issues and potential delays.
• Ensure projects comply with contract requirements, quality standards and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Support estimating and preconstruction activities when required.
• Ensure successful project closeout and turnover.
