Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd in Southern California is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through final delivery. The role focuses on public works, education, K-12 and DSA-regulated projects with an established contractor.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subs, and vendors, and ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management.
• Experience with General Contractor projects.
• Public works/education construction experience preferred.
• DSA experience strongly preferred.
• End-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Own budget, schedule and profitability.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subs, and vendors.
• Review plans, specs, and requirements.
• Lead project meetings and client relationships.
• Ensure project closeout and turnover.
• Support estimating and preconstruction as needed.
