Job summary

Colorado Structures, Inc. DBA CSI Construction Company seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and residential projects from pre-construction through final completion.

You will plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise to ensure safety, schedule, scope, and budget adherence while collaborating with owners, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling practices.
  • Experience with project management and construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar).
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor project budgets, review cost reports, and approve invoices and change orders.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, financials, and timelines.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and/or residential construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.
