Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager for Raleigh, NC. You will oversee ground-up projects valued from $20M–$80M, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships to deliver on time and within scope.

Candidates should have 3+ years in PM with a Commercial General Contractor, strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, procurement and contract administration, and proficiency with Procore and related software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Project Management with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, procurement and contract administration.
• Proficiency with construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure delivery.
• Control change orders, RFIs and submittals; coordinate procurement and contracts.

Salary: $120,000–$155,000 base + company vehicle + bonus

Join a well-established, family-run General Contractor with a strong commercial construction backlog and a robust pipeline of commercial construction projects across the Raleigh and Durham markets.

They are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to manage ground-up construction projects valued between $20M–$80M across public and private sectors.

The Commercial Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

What They’re Looking For:

• 3+ years' experience in Project Management with a Commercial General Contractor
• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Strong experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors and change orders
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, procurement and contract administration
• Proficiency with Procore and construction management software
• Experience working on public and/or private commercial projects
• Within a 1-hour commute from Raleigh/Durham, NC
