  • Provide financial and cost oversight for construction operations by reviewing monthly division P&L results and WIP reports for accuracy, reviewing contractor invoices and cost overruns, monitoring leakage performance and root causes, analyzing construction‑related losses and variances, and implementing changes to reduce leakage, losses, and unnecessary costs.
  • Serve as a key escalation point and construction leader for employees, customers, and business partners by resolving customer issues that cannot be addressed by Project Managers, Schedulers, or Design Consultants; coaching and developing construction and warranty employees; strengthening proactive customer communication; supporting employee career development; and completing other projects and responsibilities in accordance with Anthony & Sylvan Pools’ policies and procedures.
