Marx Okubo Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to lead large-scale projects across commercial building types. The role is hybrid with two days in the Seattle office and potential remote work with travel for qualified candidates in Portland.
Ideal candidates have 6-9 years in construction management or related PM roles, a Bachelor's in CM or related field with CM certification, and strong MS Office skills. PMP or CCM is preferred.

We are currently accepting applications for a Project Manager (Construction) role for our team, with an expected starting annual salary of $150,000 - $160,000. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in our Seattle office, and conduct site visits and project meetings as needed for the remainder of the week. This role has an option of remote work with additional travel for well-qualified candidates in Portland.
