Marx Okubo Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to lead owner-representative duties on large commercial projects.
The role is hybrid, with two days weekly at our Southern California offices in Huntington Beach or Santa Ana, and site visits as needed. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Construction Management, 10+ years in construction management (5+ on large projects with a GC or OR firm) and strong communication, risk management, and budgeting

We are currently accepting applications for a Project Manager (Construction) role for our team, with an expected starting annual salary of $160,000 - $175,000. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in one of our offices in Southern California - Huntington Beach or Santa Ana, and conduct site visits and project meetings as needed for the remainder of the week.
