Job summary

Pinewild Builders seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead production homebuilding from groundbreaking to completion on-site in Pinehurst, NC. You will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and top-quality craftsmanship.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in residential construction project management, hands-on site experience, and proficiency with Hyphen/BuildPro. Bachelor’s in CM or related field preferred but not required.

• Hands-on construction management experience.
• Experience using Hyphen/BuildPro is required.
• Strong organization and communication abilities.
• On-site work in Pinehurst, NC; degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from groundbreaking through completion.
• Utilize Hyphen/BuildPro to manage schedules and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, trades, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety, and ensure quality.
• Review blueprints, construction plans, and specs to ensure accurate execution.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and maintain documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate with clients to provide status updates and address questions.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in production homebuilding to join our team. This is an on-site role responsible for managing the full construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will bring strong operational discipline, hands-on construction management experience, and proficiency in Hyphen/BuildPro to support scheduling, coordination, and execution across multiple residential builds.

• Utilize Hyphen/BuildPro to manage schedules, track progress, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

• Review and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide status updates and address questions or concerns
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in production homebuilding or residential construction project management
