Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in production homebuilding or residential construction project management.
• Hands-on experience with Hyphen/BuildPro is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Pinehurst, NC.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, from groundbreaking through completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Utilize Hyphen/BuildPro to manage schedules, track progress, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Collaborate with internal teams, trades, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and proactively resolve issues
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality control
• Review and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide status updates and address questions or concerns
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
