What we offer
The role
You'll own 3–6 concurrent commercial office projects ($200K–$10M) from preconstruction through closeout, as the client's main point of contact for budget, schedule, quality, and safety. You'll report to the company principal and split time between our Palo Alto office and active jobsites.
What you bring
Nice to have: Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience), Bay Area permitting experience, OSHA 30, LEED AP or PMP, occupied/phased building experience, and a background at a small or mid-size GC.

We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act.
