The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in commercial or municipal ground-up construction.

The Role:

• Responsible for all phases of project delivery and contribute to development and client satisfaction.
• Ensure all safety precautions are followed by workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with owners, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.

The Person:

• Previous experience in this or similar roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ability to lead meetings with crew, clients, and owners to ensure project success and high client service standards.
