SST Direct is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Orlando, FL to lead and develop project teams, oversee end-to-end delivery, and coordinate multidisciplinary contractors to meet timelines and quality standards. Provides full project leadership with accountability for end-to-end project delivery, representing the project team and resolving complex execution, stakeholder, and risk-related issues. Oversees the successful delivery of construction project(s) by providing advanced knowledge of construction activities, methodologies, and industry standards. Manages and develops the full project team, including project engineers and assistant project managers, through coaching, feedback, and performance oversight. Manages and coordinates multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met. Ensures efficient project execution by monitoring team progress, analyzing project performance, identifying and resolving both routine and complex issues, owning project financials, contract administration, risk management, and complex stakeholder negotiations to achieve financial targets and mitigate risk.

Salary Range: $110K - $145K
