With 10+ years of PM experience and a track record of large-scale successes, you will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance while driving timely delivery and exceptional quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience with a portfolio of billion-dollar projects.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, CCM certifications preferred; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Execute: Manage all phases of multi-billion-dollar construction projects, from planning to handover.
• Drive Performance: Ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

2. Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3. Certifications: PMP, CCM, or equivalent is preferred.
4. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera, Projectmates, etc. (plus)
5. Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead diverse teams, negotiate contracts, and drive project success.
