Position Title: Construction Project Manager

Must Haves
- 10–15 years of experience, ideally focused in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience managing large-scale project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong client and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, budgeting templates, and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CAD systems, including interpreting technical drawings and collaborating with design teams
Day to Day
- Manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints
- Coordinate HVAC activities with other trades, including drywall, plumbing, and electrical contractors, to maintain workflow efficiency and avoid conflicts
- Participate in jobsite meetings to stay informed on project progress, address issues, and align with stakeholders
- Submit product information to General Contractors for review and approval by architects and consulting engineers
- Distribute drawings and submittal documentation to Superintendents and field personnel to support accurate execution
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring completion within financial targets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Determine optimal installation methods that preserve design intent while maximizing efficiency and minimizing rework
- Communicate proactively with General Contractors to resolve issues, including drafting and submitting Requests for Information (RFIs) when clarification is needed
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Assemble and deliver closeout documentation promptly to support project handover and compliance requirements
- Finalize project accounting upon completion, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting
