Job summary

Luxury Manhattan GC is seeking a full-time Project Manager for high-end ground-up projects in New York City. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $180,000 per year.

We are an established NYC GC offering bonus potential, 401k with match, and full medical benefits. Procore is preferred but not required; the ideal candidate will have completed at least one mid-sized project and be a mid-career PM eager to grow.

Qualifications

• Mid-career PM with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience managing ground-up luxury construction projects is preferred.
• Completion of at least one mid-sized project from start to finish is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up luxury projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure quality and safety standards on high-end residential builds.
