Role Description The Construction Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY. This position oversees daily construction activities, coordinates crews and subcontractors, and ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting plans, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, inspecting work for compliance with specifications, and managing site logistics and materials. The foreman communicates regularly with project managers, clients, and inspectors, addresses on-site issues, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The role also involves documenting project updates, reporting incidents, and supporting continuous improvement in construction processes.

Qualifications

• Technical construction skills, including finish and rough Carpentry and familiarity with Heigh end Renovation.
• Quality Control skills to inspect work, enforce standards, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Strong Communication skills for coordinating crews, interacting with clients, and collaborating with project management team.
• Foundational knowledge of Civil Engineering principles relevant to building structures and site work. Track project material delivery , ordering material to the joboste brake down by stages

• Proven experience as a foreman, supervisor, or lead carpenter in heigh end residential construction.
• Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and project documentation, RFI, Meeting minutes, specifications and submitals to ensure porject receives all inforsmtion properly
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices; ability to enforce safety protocols on site.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (email, project management or scheduling software) for reporting and coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in construction or related fields are a plus.
