We’re searching for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil projects across New York. This is a high-impact role with a well-established contractor known for delivering quality infrastructure work across bridges, highways, utilities, and site development.

• Oversee full project lifecycle — from pre-construction through closeout

• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Coordinate with public agencies, engineers, and field staff to ensure compliance and quality

• Track progress, mitigate risks, and drive performance to meet deadlines

• Lead project documentation, change orders, cost control, and client communication

• 7+ years’ experience managing heavy civil projects (DOT, utilities, bridges, etc.)

• Proven track record delivering public sector work in NYC or surrounding areas

• Strong knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred)

• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
