Job summary

Team FSI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in New York from inception to completion. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee budgets, schedules, and execution, collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet client requirements and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience, proficiency with Procore, MS Project and Bluebeam, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Experience managing projects valued from $1M to $20M+.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and close-out packages.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to field teams and junior staff.

Position Summary:
