Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking a Construction Project Manager for roles in Southern Connecticut near New London County to lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.

You will coordinate project teams, develop schedules and budgets, and ensure safety compliance while communicating with clients and stakeholders. Ground-up projects and large remodels are common, with opportunities for growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects, including ground-up builds and large remodels.
  • Projects range from $2M to $50M in scope.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ground-up construction experience is a plus.
  • General knowledge of Building and Construction codes is a plus.

Construction Project Manager

  • Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
