PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring an Electrical Construction Project Manager in Mt. Airy, MD to lead commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through close-out. The role manages electrical scope, budgets, schedules, and profitability while coordinating field teams and client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of project management experience with electrical knowledge; bachelor’s degree is a plus. Compensation is $80,000–$110,000 with strong benefits and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, electrical preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• Field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee job costing, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Lead pre-construction and project kickoff meetings.
• Support and direct foremen and Assistant Project Managers.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and customer issues.
• Coordinate with GCs, vendors, and inspectors.
• Oversee project close-out and documentation.
