ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive Project Manager/Estimator to join their Weatherproofing Division (New Work Department). This dual‑role position is crucial to the success of our projects, as it combines technical estimating expertise with hands‑on project management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, researching materials and systems, and managing all phases of waterproofing projects—from preconstruction through closeout. This includes overseeing client communications, coordinating field operations, monitoring budgets and schedules, and conducting risk assessments to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving capabilities, and a deep understanding of waterproofing systems and construction practices. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as superior organizational and time‑management abilities.
Education & Experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
As a Project Manager, the employee will be subject to an office and job site/field setting. Work environments may include but are not limited to the following: seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud and frequent noises, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, and areas close to traffic.
TRAVEL:
To and from job sites is required. Our client will compensate for travel expenses if applicable.
