Flow is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and supervise a diverse set of construction projects from initiation to completion in the Miami area. The role requires coordinating professionals across disciplines, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining strong communication with residents and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of multi-site experience, deep knowledge of construction practices, and proven leadership abilities.

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning and supervising a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, meets project deadlines, with attention to detail, accuracy & budget and possesses great organizational skills.
