Role Description:

The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, field-based role based in Lutherville, MD. The succesfful candidate will lead residential construction and remodeling projects from pre-construction to final walkthrough. The role is ideal for an experienced individual who thrives on bringing complex projects to life--balancing timelines, budgets, and craftsmanship while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Client communication--serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Oversee job site progress, quality control, and safety
• Handle change orders and proactively solve on-site challenges
• Maintain required project documentation in company systems
• Optimize workflow and support continuous improvement in company construction practices
• Ultimately accountable to ensure a seamless client experience on-time and on-budget

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of residential construction project management experience (mandatory requirement)
• Track record of successful residential construction project delivery
• Strong written and spoken communication skills with clients, crews, and partners
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
• Tested problem-solver who remains calm and keeps a solutions-oriented focus
• Knowledge of Maryland building codes, permitting, and safety regulations
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction
• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred
