Looking to move up or transition from a related field into project management? We have a mid-level project manager position opening at STS Construction Services. This position requires experience in project management, running projects as a superintendent/foreman, or related experience that can directly translate to project management in construction.

We specialize in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties, providing emergency services and restoration. Our Project Managers manage employees and subcontractors to complete various construction projects around the Los Angeles area.

What Does A Project Manager's Day Look Like?

• Managing 1-5 small commercial and residential jobs
• Scheduling, material ordering, costing, and budgeting
• Managing on-site personnel, sometimes through a foreman or superintendent, or directly

Qualifications and Requirements:

• +5 years of experience in construction or a related field
• Experience as a carpenter or laborer
• Experience in budgeting and personnel management
• Valid driver's license

• Pay Rate: $75k - 90k DOE

Job Site Locations:

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on the project
• End Time: 3:00pm-6:00pm depending on the project
