Role Description

The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lebanon, PA. This role oversees all phases of federal government construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of subcontractors and tradespersons. The Construction Project Manager will monitor project progress, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and manage documentation, change orders, and reporting requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project meetings, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, resolving issues that may affect timelines or costs, and ensuring projects are completed in accordance with contract specifications. The role also supports continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and best practices for future projects.
