Job summary

Williams Construction LLC on Kauai seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential luxury home projects from proposal to completion. You will work with management and clients to tailor proposals, estimate costs, develop budgets, and ensure schedules and budgets are met.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in supervisory roles, a customer-service mindset, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in a supervisory position.
• Commitment to customer service.
• Prior experience with residential construction, custom home preferred.
• Strong motivational skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional communication style with a personable attitude and demeanor.

Responsibilities
