Job summary

gpac is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Project Manager to join one of Hawaii's most established mechanical contractors. You will lead complex $45M+ projects, coordinating owners, subcontractors, architects and internal teams to keep work moving forward.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record delivering large-scale resorts, hospitals, or major commercial developments in Hawaii.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Extensive commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing $45M+ projects.
• Experience with large-scale resorts, hotels, hospitals, healthcare facilities, or major commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, sheet metal or fire protection trades.

We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Project Manager to join one of Hawaii's most established mechanical contractors.

Their project portfolio includes some of the largest resorts, hospitals, hotels, and commercial developments across the Islands.

This is a senior-level opportunity for a proactive project leader capable of managing complex $45M+ projects while bringing project teams, subcontractors, owners, and other stakeholders together.

What We're Looking For

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Extensive commercial construction experience
• Experience managing $45M+ projects
• Experience with large-scale resorts, hotels, hospitals, healthcare facilities, or major commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of one or more of the following trades:
  • Mechanical
  • Plumbing
  • Sheet Metal
  • Fire Protection
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and project execution
• Ability to work effectively with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive leadership style with the ability to bring teams together and keep complex projects moving forward
